06 / FAQ

Common questions.

What files do you need to get started?
A DXF export from your Proliner or any digital templator, plus a few notes — material, edge profile, sink and appliance information, field notes and an example of the CAD drawing standard you want us to follow.
How long does it take?
Standard-scope jobs received complete within Joluk's daily intake window are typically returned the next business day. Files received after the cutoff, larger batches and complex jobs are scheduled after scope review. Priority turnaround means an earlier deadline confirmed after reviewing intake time, quantity and complexity; it is not an automatic same-day promise.
What do I get back?
A completed countertop drawing prepared to the account standard agreed during onboarding and delivered as DWG or DXF. Your shop reviews and approves the drawing and remains responsible for CNC programming and production.
Do you only work with Proliner?
No. We work with Proliner exports and any digital template that produces a DXF file.
Is the trial drawing really free?
Yes. Qualified countertop fabricators may receive one standard-scope trial job at no charge after we review the DXF, complete job information and desired drawing standard. The offer is limited to one trial per company, is subject to availability, and does not include priority delivery, CNC programming or additional jobs.
How do you price a job?
After the complimentary trial, recurring work is quoted based on the agreed drawing standard, job complexity and expected volume. Priority work is quoted separately after the requested deadline is accepted.
How large a job can you handle?
Anything from a single vanity top to a full kitchen with multiple pieces, seams and build-ups. Larger or repeated projects are reviewed before committing to a turnaround.
